1. General Terms
All services, custom orders, and transactions are operated by Mymetalsticker, located at 58# Nanlian Rd, Longgang District, Shenzhen, China.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Quotations & Orders
- All quotations are valid for a reasonable period and subject to final confirmation.
- Quotations are based on the exact artwork, size, quantity, materials, and requirements you provide.
- Any changes after approval may result in additional costs or extended lead times.
- Orders are only confirmed after full agreement on price, design, lead time, and payment.
3. Artwork & Design Approval
- You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all artwork, logos, and text provided.
- We recommend vector files: AI, SVG, CDR, or PDF for best production results.
- You must review and approve all digital proofs before production begins.
- Once approved, the design becomes final, and we are not liable for errors after approval.
4. Production & Lead Time
- Standard orders: 3–5 working days after proof approval.
- Bulk or complex orders require confirmed lead time before production.
- Production time does not include shipping transit, weekends, or public holidays.
- Delays may occur due to logistics, material shortages, or force majeure events.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment must be completed as agreed before production or shipment.
- We may require a deposit or full payment for custom orders.
- Delays caused by late payment will extend lead times and are not our responsibility.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS, and other reliable express carriers.
- Shipping costs depend on weight, dimensions, and destination.
- Transit times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- You are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in your country.
7. Quality & Claims
- We inspect all orders before shipment.
- If you receive defective or incorrect items, you must notify us within 3 working days with clear photos.
- Late claims (beyond 7 days of delivery) will not be accepted.
- We may re-produce, replace, or offer partial compensation at our sole discretion.
8. Intellectual Property
- All website content, designs, and trademarks belong to Mymetalsticker.
- You retain full ownership of the artwork and logos you provide.
- We may use completed order images for marketing unless you object in writing.
9. Liability & Responsibility
Mymetalsticker is not liable for:
- Delays due to logistics, customs, weather, or events beyond our control.
- Indirect, special, or consequential losses.
- Errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
10. Privacy
Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and protect your personal information.
