Our production lead times vary based on order complexity and quantity:
- Standard orders: 3–5 working days after proof approval
- Bulk orders: Production time will be confirmed during the quotation stage
- Custom or special finish orders: Additional processing time may apply, which will be communicated before production
Processing times do not include shipping transit time or weekends/holidays.
2. Shipping Methods
We offer reliable international shipping via trusted carriers:
- DHL Express (standard choice): Fast door-to-door delivery with tracking
- FedEx / UPS: Available upon request
- Economy shipping: For non-urgent bulk orders (longer transit time, lower cost)
All orders include full tracking information, which will be sent to you once your package is dispatched.

All orders are shipped from our factory in Shenzhen, China. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply in your country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before placing an order.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
- Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 working days of delivery with photos of the package and items. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
- Lost packages: If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will arrange a re-production or refund according to the situation.
8. Changes & Cancellations
